What You Get

Blayzer’s Web Development Internship is a 12-week program designed to provide participants with real-world web development agency experience. The program is divided into two phases. Phase I will focus on exploring the fundamentals of modern web development. Phase II will cover the application of acquired knowledge and skills on real, paid projects.

Phase I | 6 Weeks

Phase I is a 6-week entrance program designed to familiarize participants with a broad range of tools, tactics, and practices one will encounter in the development field (see below). Interns will work hands-on with Blayzer developers and project managers to learn the ropes and then transition to independent projects and tasks that reinforce the curriculum.

Phase II | 6 Weeks

At the end of Phase I, interns who meet expectations will proceed with hands-on, independent development project work. Projects will include a mix of paid and unpaid opportunities.

phase III | Long Term

The ultimate goal of our Web Development Internship program is to help prepare the next generation of computer science and MIS/CMIS professionals for work in an agency environment. We hope to see one or more of our interns become long term members of our development team.
