Roles & Responsibilities

As the driving force behind new sales relationships, Blayzer’s Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads from in-house marketing programs
  • Making outbound prospecting, lead generation, appointment setting, and account management phone calls
  • Composing & sending follow up emails to build relationships with clients and prospects
  • Following up on new business opportunities and setting appointments (phone & in-person)
  • Reliably reaching quota & other related performance benchmarks
  • Managing leads using a web-based CRM (customer relationship management) solution
  • Attending local & regional networking & business events


Ideal candidates for this position will be passionate about building relationships with clients and prospects and skilled at creating opportunities. An existing professional network and experience with events and networking, websites and ecommerce, mobile apps, and/or digital marketing strategies will give you an advantage.

Other requirements include:

  • High school diploma or higher – some college preferred
  • Previous experience with sales, marketing and/or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Regional travel as needed
